This product is a single-use metal anesthesia laryngoscope blade, consisting of a one-piece medical-grade stainless steel blade with a standardized handle fitting, used with a standard laryngoscope handle to expose the glottis and provide a view during endotracheal intubation. Compared with reusable blades, the single-use design moves reprocessing to the manufacturing stage: each blade is 【EO-sterilized】 and sealed individually, used straight from the pack and disposed of as infectious medical waste afterwards. This eliminates the risk of cross-contamination caused by incomplete cleaning or sterilization deviations, and removes the labor, equipment and turnaround burden of cleaning, packing and sterilizing in the department.
Two series are offered — Macintosh curved blades, which seat in the vallecula and suit routine adult intubation, and Miller straight blades, suited to pediatric and neonatal patients and to specific anatomy such as a floppy epiglottis — in sizes 0 to 4, covering adult, pediatric, infant and neonate. The stainless steel blade offers good rigidity with resistance to bending and a smooth surface for a clear view, and the standardized fitting connects directly to mainstream handles. Packaging carries lot number, sterilization expiry and a “single use only — do not reprocess” marking; OEM color box, label and IFU customization are available.
